Web pages (All categories)

Designed to the customer's individual requirements. One page is approximately equivalent to a sheet of A4 and typically can contain a Logo, one or two photos quite a lot of text. Various special effects can be added although these may sometimes incurr extra design charges.

Webpage contracts qualify for 30 minutes of design / maintenance per month (non-accumulating). Additional hours are charged at the rate for HTML design (see below); minimum charge ½ hour.

Renewal of existing contracts will attract a discount as shown below providing:-

• There is no significant extra design work involved.
• The contract is renewed for the same or greater period than the old one.
   

Website Design

We can aquire your preferred Domain Name (subject to availablity), arrange Hosting at competetive rates and design your own website to your requirements. Also, we can maintain exisitng websites to your instructions.

(IVA will not be charged to incurred costs)

Banner Advertising

These are available in selected Advertising categories. Your Logo or other graphic is displayed in a sequence with others and can "click-thru" to your e-mail or website at no extra charge.

Banner advertising is offered on certain website pages at a flat rate as shown below, with no maintenance once published. The banner can be submitted by yourself or we can design it for you, in which case we will charge for our time at the Graphic Design rate with the first hour free of charge.

Renewals will be charged at the same rate as for a new banner, but re-qualify for one hour's free design time.

Category Page Banners appear at the top of each website section such as "Property", "Holidays" etc.

Submitted banners for Categories should be 450 x 60 pixels in size in either GIF or JPEG format.

Category banners will be shown for approximately 5 seconds in a maximum 60 second sequence, being shared with not more than 9 others plus our own logo.

Homepage Banners appear on the Mazarron.Com homepage and not elsewhere

Homepage banners are offered for a minimum duration of 3 months; contracts for 12 months will be discounted by 2 months ie pay for 10 / get 12.

Submitted banners for Homepage should be 468 x 60 pixels in size (ANSII standard banner size) in either GIF or JPEG format.

Homepage banners will be shown for approximately 5 seconds in a maximum 30 second sequence, being shared with not more than 5 others plus our own logo.

Mazarron About Town

This section is not available at present.

A "Business-Card" style presentation of your data. Includes (a) a logo, (b) a photograph and (c) your company's contact details, which can click-thru to your e-mail or website. The service is offered at a monthly flat rate with no discounts or maintenance.

Small Ads

Aimed at private advertisers, but with no restriction on companies if they would like to advertise. Ads follow a fixed format allowing one photo, contact details and text information with a maximum of 50 words. There are only two categories at present (a) Property Club and (b) Accomodation, but these may be expanded if there is sufficient demand.

No discounts or maintenance is included and minumum duration 3 months, then pro-rata.  Links to e-mail or your website are free of charge.

Listing Systems

These are database backed systems aimed at advertisers such as Estate Agents who have easily categorised data which needs to be updated regularly, and displayed on a webpage. All the systems offered are simply maintained by the user via the Internet

Three similar systems are presently available.

• Straight Listings - a text only system which is offered as an "add-on" to an existing webpage on Mazarron.Com.
• Straight Listings Plus - a similar system to Straight Listings but with up to 3 photos* per Ad. Designed as an "add-on" to an existing webpage on Mazarron.Com
• Open Realty - A fully configurable system which allows user searches and many other features. Up to 3 photos* per Ad; price includes a webpage on Mazarron.Com. Based on Jon Roig's Open Realty program released under the GPL licence.

Due to the complexity of set-up, durations of one year only are offered for Listings Systems.

Miscellaneous Services

Terms & Conditions

1. We accept payment in Euros, by cash, cheque or bank transfer; personal callers can pay at the address below by appointment. Payments may be made in other currencies but Bank Charges as incurred will be added. Postal payments should be sent to:-

Cash should only be sent by registered post.

2. We can only start work on your advertisment after payment is received.

3. We will contact you once your ad is ready for publication to ensure that it is as you would like it. The preferred contact is via e-mail but otherwise we will endevour to get a print-out to you by regular mail or personal contact.

4. Once you have told us that you are satisfied with your material we will put it on the Mazarron.Com system, and your time allowance starts being used from that point.

5. When your time allowance is consumed the ad will be removed from the system unless you have agreed to extend.

6. We reserve the right to refuse advertisments without giving a reason..

7. Photos should be standard 10cm x 15cm (or similar) size; they will be scanned and compressed for publication. The original will be returned to you. Digital photos or other images may be submitted in standard JPEG file format either on floppy disc or via e-mail. For other formats please ask first.

8. While we will do our best to avoid publishing misleading material, we cannot assume responsibility for the accuracy or authenticity of any material published.

9. All material on this Website is Copyright Mazarron.Com unless otherwise stated. Trademarks, logos and similar material appearing in advertisments are the property of their respective companies.

10. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that they do not infringe copyrights on any material they submit. No checks will be done at Mazarron.Com.

11. Over-runs (ie excess duration) in any advertising category will be charged pro-rata at the highest rate.
