One of the hidden gems of Murcia Region is the Royal Spa at Archena. Since
their discovery by the Romans in 218 BC, these thermal springs have been valued
for their theraputic properties. The water emerges from the ground at a temperature

potassium.
There are many facilities at the Spa to take advantage of these springs but the centrepiece is a new swimming pool which features a removable dome, enabling people to enjoy the waters in any weather.
There are three excellent quality hotels at the Spa who offer a variety of
packages taking advantage of the health giving properties of the waters. You
can enjoy specialist treatments for
Rheumatology , Orthopedics, Physiotherapy
etc including mud treatment and massage.
